About Us

ABC Alma Mater has been established itself as a centre of excellence imparting education to the students with a qualitative difference. It is an important landmark in the educational map of Kumaon for being such an institution of this region which can provide quality based education to the children.It is an English medium co- educational school which was established on 4th July 1999 at Champawat headquarter of Uttarakhand state. It is registered under the Registration of Societies Act of 1860 as a society promoting education in and around Champawat.Every effort is made here to make education dynamic, meaningful and relevant to life situations .The school is affiliated with CBSE Board- New Delhi .Since its inception it has been growing at a breathtaking place .The school has a branch at Tanakpur.Very soon this branch shall be also affiliated with CBSE as we are in process of fulfilling the requirements of the CBSE before we submit our application.

We attempt to develop within the student an interest for increased participation in extra-curricular activities to unearth latent talents. We affirmatively believe that it is important to develop within each student the habit of continuous learning and respect for himself through discipline.
