Name of the students seeking admission in the school are registered on the days notified by the school .Admission is given on the basis of merit. The school has the right to admit the students in the classes for which they are found fit. Children completing the age 3 years on 1st April are admitted to Nursery classes. The child completing the age 6 years on 1st April are admitted to class 1st.Parents wishing admission for their children are required to submit the registration form attached with the prospectus available with the office on payment of registration fee as applicable. Registration forms should be supported by a Birth Certificate from Municipal Committee/ Gram Panchayat as proof of age for admission into Nursery class. For admission to other classes the applicant has to submit a T.C. (Transfer Certificate) along with the Admission Form.

Registration and Admission
Purchasing the prospectus does not guarantee admission to ABC Alma Mater. Admission is granted on completing the admission process and after the final decision of the Principal. The following steps are involved in admission:-
1. The parents must complete the application form attached with the prospectus and provide the under mentioned information.
a) The Birth Registration Certificate (photocopied and attested by a gazzetted officer/notary).
b) Submission of the latest Progress Report of the student of the previous school.
c) Recent passport size photograph of the child.
2. After the above requirements have been completed to the entire satisfaction of the Principal, the student’s name will registered on the waiting list for the class applied for by the parents.
3. The registration of a student’s name of the waiting list does not carry with it the guarantee of admission which depends on the following:
a) The student must obtain at least 50% marks prescribed as the minimum standard in the admission test to be eligible for consideration for admission.
b) After the student has qualified in the admission test, his admission will depend on the number of seats available in the class for which he/she is registered.
c) First priority will be given to those students who have a brother or sister already studying in the school provided the student has passed the admission test with an aggregate of at least 50% marks in individual subjects tested.
d) In case there is a larger number of students competing for a limited number of seats, consideration will be made in order of merit.
e) Admission will be granted at the sole discretion of the principal.
f) Admission will only be completed after Admission Fees is deposited in our bank Account.No cash payments are to be made to anyone whosoever. The school will not be responsible in case the cash is not deposited in the above mentioned bank account. h) The registration fees and the admission fees are non-refundable.
